I’ve just taken over the administration of an existing, working OXID eshop. I’m having trouble exporting all products files. Every time I try to run an export on any category, I get this error: Not able to write to export file (/var/www/my_site_name//export/genexport.txt)
I’m guessing this is some sort of permissions issue, but was hoping there might be something else I’m missing. Thanks in advance for the help.
set the folder permissions (chmod) for /export (to be found at shop rootlevel via ftp) to 777
Thank you so much for the quick reply. I’ve confirmed that the permissions on this folder are read/write/execute across the board. Any other suggestions?
Solved. I renamed the old report genreportOLD.txt in the folder, re-ran the export and it worked. Thank you so much again for your quick response and help in this matter. I really appreciate it.
