I am now using Prestahop for my Webshop and was thinking of switching to Oxid CE.
Now there is one common process I did neither see in the docs nor in the demo shop:

Maybe I missed the headline for this in the docs or menus - or is handling invoices not part of the CE (core)?
There is only a basic module delivered with CE, which generates invoices based on the order from the customer. This module can be adjusted slightly, like moving columns or change logo and so on.
Oxid thinks, that invoices and deeper handling with related issues should be part of the ERP-system behind the shop.
Oxid is using the 3rd party module TCPDF (open source) and that is why there is no documentation provided from my side in the Oxid eShop manual project.
However if you want it customized to your layout, virtually nothing is impossible.
