Regarding admin core settings

Hello, I am totally newbies for this as i have spent only one day for oxid.

I have one problem that i have to add one textbox in admin core setting area.

Now i have added it from shop_main.tpl file but didn’t know how to insert textbox value in db.

I think i need to override core module.

Please let me know any solution, if there is need to override any core module then how to do it and which module do i need to override…?

Maybe you should describe a littl emore what goal you try to reach, then perhaps someone can give you a hint how to solve.

In admin > Master Settings > Core Settings

there is one field as eShop Name,Now i want to add same text field below this eShop Name field. Also how to insert value for that new field in database…?
