When I upload an image for a category, it replaces the text. Can I somehow have both?

I had been searching before I posted of course, but it hadn’t turned up German posts as I’m not really a german speaker. I can understand alot, but when it comes to terms and technical advice, I’m safer in English, so English searchs didn’t turn up anything. (I use Oxid in ENG so I’m not always sure what the DE equivalent of a term is)
I figure the more we grow the english section here the better, as there is alot of info exclusively in german that doesn’t help Oxid’s spread to the US & UK etc. Oder?
