Extend the class oxBase

Hello everyone,

is it possible to extend the class oxBase? I already read different articles to this topic but did not found any solution.

I tried it in the usual way (to create a module and insert a entry into the backend) but I can’t access the overwritten method.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

yes, oxbase is not overloadable as it is a main part of the framework that firstly had to be started. Check this out:
