i asked this question allready in the german section but without result so maybe someone here can help me with the following:
everything works fine with my shop except one thing:
the “order to” (info mail to admin when customer orderd something) arrives not every time… sometimes this info email ist missing… the shop uses the demodata wich comes with the installation… i have not changed any email.tmpl…
a friend of mine had made 10 and more testorders - all is displayed in the backend correctly - but not a singel infoordermail has arrived…
maybe some had this problem too? how can i debug? any solution?
