I have a shop that has over 9000 categories, and now the Oxid does not work.
Does anyone have a solution
I guess this is mainly a problem with the power of your webserver or some restrictions like max_execution_time etc.
Well, would be good to know what exactly doesn’t work…
In the frontend everything is ok. Problems arise in article_main and category_main.
If hiding listing categories from top filter the products are loading … but can not be add products to a category. Categories window is empty.
Hmm… not easy to understand. You mean in the category assignment like in the attachment? Do you see a blank list there?
yes… but this I fixed… was a error from my import script…
The problem is that the admin section for products and cats are very very slow…
If I add only ~ 900 categories the shop is ok.
Well - not easy to say from a distance as you have
a) your own import script - configuration unknown and
b) your own web server - configuration unknown plus
c) no information about the number of unique visitors the same time…
