How to display SEO Title Dynamically

I have requirement like SEO Titel field for categories. Then text in this field is used as the category-page’s Title.
So I have created the SEO tiltle field in the Administer -> categories, under main using filed like “oxseotitle”.
when I given the SEO Title from back end under Administer Products -> categories under the SEO Title field then how to dispaly given SEO Title from back end display as the category-page’s Title.
How to proceed with this can you give idea about this.
