Confusion regarding front page controls

I am new to this system, btw.

I’m currently confused as to how I can control what items appear in what promotional boxes.

For instance, “Long-running hits” or “Bargains” (in the right column) – where is the setting that controls which of my items in my catalog appear in these boxes?

I’m speaking of the default or demo dataset, which has been included in my installation (for me to practice).

This has been resolved. A bug of some kind with Opera was not letting me see the drag and drop properly, in the Promotions list.

Right, Opera still handles javascript a bit strange.
