We would like to shot down one of our oxid shops. I do not see any option to cancel eFire account and to get deposited money back.
this step is nowhere explained. May someone explain how to cancel eFire account.

did you have any extensions running via eFire except of PayPal?
No, just PayPal
then please just send an email to eFire and tell them to close down your account
After the email, efire sends you a sheet to fill out. Usually this sheet must be send to efire then by fax. Thats all.
If you dont know what a fax is, look here. A little bit ancient but they like it.
