Oxcontent ident same code not working in 4.6.5

this above code is working fine in 4.4.8 [B]in the products discription long text[/B]. but not working in the 4.6.5. what is the problem? any one please help me…

does anybody know how to change [{oxmultilang ident=“PRODUCT”}] from ARTIKEL to Artikel on cart page at the checkout process
