Currently I am using oxid which is not responsive. Can I make it responsive using bootstrap so that it will be compatible with all devices. Is there any problem on doing so. Please help me. Give me a reply ASAP since I am on the developing process.
Flow-Theme for OXID 4.10 is responsive. For Versions <4.10 you can use the mobile theme.
But there are also some responsive themes to buy. Check out the exchange.
