Price Display Setting

Hi there,

I have encountered some problem related to the price display settings.

Default Price Display Setting:

89,90 $*

However, I would like to have the price display as follow:

$89,90

By moving the symbol “$” from the bottom to the front; as well as delete the “*” at the bottom. Does anyone have any idea on it? I am looking forward for your reply. Thank you very much.

Hi SkyZ,

right, a well known issue for the English based hemisphere :slight_smile:
Nico used to write a workaround for this for a very early version:

At the end of the day, you had to alter the templates (better a module over the views) at the places where the currency sign appear. Would be glad to see a new (maintained) project like this on

I have to spend some time on modifying this function as it is not compatible with the latest version of the eshop. Furthermore, if there are any further problem, I will ask again.

Ah ok, I see - Would be good to have the set in http://projects.oxidforge.org for community maintenance in the next version. Would you like to open up a new project for it?
