Multibuy for Product Variants?

Hi Folks,

sorry if this question is answered already elsewhere. I did checked the Forum but couldn’t find a suitable answer anyhow.
The question I have is the following.

So far I understand that you can define a product as a parent product and assing variants as the childs. Is it possible out of the box
that for each variant there is an entry field for the quantity? This is an example

Parent Product: Chocolate Bar

Variants
Chocolate
Cherry
Strawberry

For each of the above variants the user can define the quantities but there is only one overall add to cart button. I try to attach a screen shot of what I’ trying to do

Hi rogmagic,

unfortunately, out of the box, it isn’t possible this way. You can put every variant seperately into the basket from the father product’s detail page.

But actually it sounds like an interesting feature. Can you give me an example of use for that?
