Two of our customers are using our payment-plugin in OXID PE. Both of them have problems sending an Order-status-update mail. The shopping-cart information in there order-status-update mails is empty.
Other customers using OXID CE have no problems with this mail.
Where is the difference between CE und PE in this case?

basically, there is no technical difference between PE and CE accept the already built-in WYSIWYG-editor and the license handling in PE.
Apparently, it’s not a matter of the difference between both editions. Maybe both of your PE clients did something wrong while adapting the Shop? I suggest using the oxchkversion to check the consistency of the systems.
