Blank screen on install

Hi, I am trying to install OXID CE. I’ve copied the files but all I see is a blank screen before I start setup.

Anyone experienced this before and know how to proceed?

Are you sure youve opened the correct address to where youve copied the files?

Hi,

blank screen is shown if display_errors is set off on the server. Usually, you ll find a proper error message in your server logs. Probably the system requirements do not fit:

I have the same problem.
If you want to install the shop go to setup folder: yourdomain.com/setup

yes sure, you may be absolutely right. Thanks!
On some environments the redirect to the setup doesn’t work properly. An error message appears instead (in case display_errors is set to ON)
