Daily deal in oxid

Hi guys,

i just read that it is possible to make daily deals in oxid

“With the new release, you can create members-only shops, offer one deal a day, set…”

Where can i find this funktion in the admin panel?

Hi Vermond,

you’ll find it in admin panel -> customer info -> promotions. Enter “promotion” as type.

Hi Marco,

thanks for your fast reply. Unfortenately the functionality is not exactly what im looking for. I would like to have a Adminpanel where i can add a list of articles and the articles would be offerd to the user as a article of the day as long as the stock is not empty. So on the next day, the next article in the list will be offered as the article of the day. Is it possible to realize this with the given oxid funktionality or is there an addon which can be used to realize this use case.

Hi,
it would be interesting for me too, since we have developed our own “one day, one deal” feature in OXID EE 2.7 a year ago. Is this is the EE4 included, so when updating it will be already available?

Hi Vermond and flo,

nice feature request. Not covered by the present installation and probably dependent on your specific business case.
“promotions” are not connected to the stock level with the standard installation.
