Hello Nikos,
the URLs have to be re-written to Latin characters. Like we have the “Umlauts” in German “ä” has to go to “ae”. Your “φ” has to be an “f” probably. This is called transliteration.
You can set them in admin -> master settings -> core settings -> seo. Do you have a list like this over there?
