Hi Ashant,
tracking is easy with nearly every tracking software. The interesting stuff starts when you can identify the users to leave their baskets and remember them with the next newsletter. I was talking to some very interesting projects about it, maybe there will be a module soon.
Also, I saw that tabsl inserted a new module in eXchange today that has to do with voting or polling systems. maybe that is exactly what you are looking for.
