Admin page blank

Hi,
Just completed the installation successfully on
http://www.mandat.de/eshop/

But when I tried to go to the admin
http://www.mandat.de/eshop/admin/

It tells me zend optimizer not installed,
I copied a php.ini with the following code into the admin folder

zend_optimizer.optimization_level = 15
zend_extension=/usr/zend/5_2_x_comp/ZendOptimizer.so

Now the page is blank.
Please help!

Hi kc,

this is a hoster specific problem at Strato. Please change the character encoding in menu.xml into UTF-8. Or change the hosting provider.

Thanks for the suggestion which I followed and
I’ve changed the encoding from ISO-8859-15 to UTF-8, as the following …

http://www.mandat.de/eshop/admin/menu.xml

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

Still, when I go to the admin page, it shows a blank page…
http://www.mandat.de/eshop/admin/

Is there anything else I should check?

Hi kc,

yes. Please check your /tmp/ folder. It should be cleared.
