Report not loading?

Greetings,

I’m testing the Statistics page, which doesn’t seem to output any images for the report_canceled_orders.php

Does anyone know why this may be the case?

Hi Ashant,

no images? This would mean that the library is missing on the server, isn’t it? Do you see the hits counted in the database?

Does the oxlogs table contains to much rows and php / mysql runs in a time out? Try to execute the related queries manually.
