Zoom function doesn't work

Hello guys!

when I upload my products as csv file I get an issue with the zoom function.
The zoom function isnt available. Just when I upload the pictures over the admin pannel.
The following fields are filled in my csv:
“OXTHUMB” “OXICON” "OXPIC1"
Isnt OXPIC1 the field for the zoom pics?
I also uploaded the big pictures into the “z1” folder.

I hope someone can help my with my issue.

Which Version of OXID are you using?

From version 4.3 on, OXID uses a different image handling conception, based on master images.

“OXTHUMB” “OXICON” “OXPIC1” are no longer relevant for this.

I am using 4.4.3_30016
So, probably its because of the version like you said.
How can I handle this with my version?

p.s. I am actually from germany, I didnt see that there are also german forums.
But now its probably better to stay in english since I wrote into the english forum. :slight_smile:
