Phone registration required

Hi i need help whit one problem.
I whant phone registration required for all users!
Can someone help me?

Hi,

there is an option in admin where you can enter “oxfon”

Go to:
Shop-Admin -> Master Settings -> Core Settings -> Settings -> Other Settings ->
Mandatory fields in User Registration Form

and add “oxuser__oxfon”
