Have you ever considered to introduce Roles and Permissions for Buyers in B2B?
For example a buyer selects and finalizes the buying process completely. But in the end the basket is placed on hold and an Email is sent to a supervisor. The supervisor can look into the basket, edit it and confirm it (it is NOT the wishlist because in that case the supervisior would have to pass through the finanlization of the buying process and select quantities, etc.)
Or have you ever heard of a module offering this?
