Non-Admin Non-Customer Users?

I'm having a shop where one type of users are Product-Managers, who are responsible only for editing articles and pricing information.

Is there anyway we can offer back-office access to such users without giving full Admin permission?

of course, there is. What you are talking about meets the rights and roles features OXID offers with Enterprise Edition.
