Default URL issue after new domain

Hello,

I wanted to use a new domain (www.abc.de) istead of the old one (www.xyz.com).
Therefore I've touched the config.inc.php and cleared the tmp, but when I open www.abc.de there is no layout and all links are still related to www.xyz.com...

did someone also had this issue and knows the reason?

thank you guys
