Since today, the Beta 1 of the upcoming OXID eShop version 4.7.0 (CE / PE) is available for testing purposes within the eXchange!

Get your copy now:

You can check the Roadmap or the Wiki-Page for more information about the upcoming version.

And please, don´t be shy: discover and scrutinise the eShop into the furthest corners and sniff out all bugs, even tiny or infinitesimal ones. Please report them at https://bugs.oxid-esales.com so we can wipe out all of them until the final release.

Please be aware that the beta is not meant for productive use, updating from beta to final release will not be possible!

Hi all,

we have just added an SQL file to make it easier for those of you who run a test system and would like to try out beta with their existing database.

You’ll find the file attached to the extension in OXID eXchange on the description tab: “download additional file”.

Please note: The file can only be used with this beta version.

We are all looking forward to your feedback.

Nice, but the installation does not work (php 5.2.17).
Error message:
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 39845888) (tried to allocate 16384 bytes) in /…/…/…/…/OXID_ESHOP_CE_4.7.0_beta1_47878/core/oxdb.php on line 368

Well, some more informations about yout system would be helpful to find bugs (one of the ideas of a beta-version :wink: )
