4.5 admin grundeinstellungen / oxconfig wird nicht geladen

Nachdem das Update von version 4.4.8 auf 4.5 scheinbar erfolgreich funktioniert hat musste ich im Backend leider Probleme mit den Grundeinstellungen feststellen.
Bei den Grundeinstellungen funktioniert das Tab “Stamm” einwandfrei, dort werden die Werte aus der DB gelesen und gespeichert. bei allen anderne Tabs sind alle Einstellungen deaktiviert.
Das Speichern dieser Einstellungen macht auf jeden Fall irgendwas, allerdings werden nicht die im Formular gesetzen Werte gespeichert, nach einem Speichern sind auf jeden Fall alle Preise im Shopfrontend verschwunden.

Hat irgendjemand ne Idee was da schieflaufen könnte oder besser gefragt, wie ich mich dem Problem nähern könnte?

EDIT: ich habe gerade auch noch festgestellt, dass im Einstellungen-Tab der Themes, sich nur der Name des Themes sowie ein Speichern-button ohne weitere Eisntellungen befindet.

Ähnliches Problem habe ich auch bei einem Shop. Scheinbar stimmt etwas in der Update-Routine nicht, sprich die Werte des bisherigen Themes (in der oxconfig) werden nicht sauber (oder garnicht) übernommen. Als Folge können für das bisherige Theme keine Einstellungen im Admin-Bereich getätigt werden.

Genauer untersucht habe ich es noch nicht, aber ich bin mir recht sicher, dass beim Updaten der oxconfig etwas schief läuft.

Habe das gleiche Problem, gibt es da schon eine Lösung?

Hat jemand für das Problem schon eine Lösung gefunden??? Bei mir ist es bei der Neuinstallation so, aber nur auf einem bestimmten Webserver, auf anderen funktioniert es prima.

habt Ihr nach dem Update schonmal eine oxchkversion drüber laufen lassen? Auch mal ein Update auf die Views gemacht?
Welcher bestimmte Webserver ist denn betroffen, wie ist dort die Konfiguration (PHP, MySQL)?

Hallo,

der Shop läuft auf einem root-Server von Hetzner, habe jetzt auch noch mal versucht neu zu installieren, jetzt hängt sich das System schon bei der Installation auf, ohne eine DB zu beschreiben (keine Tabellen) und das Ganze ohne Fehlermeldung, nur weißes Fenster.
Schritt 4 wird nicht vollständig ausgeführt.
Wird immer merkwürdiger…

Ich vermute es liegt an einem Fehler beim Update der oxconfig. Wenn ich von einem “neuen” 4.5er Shop die Tabelle oxconfig kopiere und dann kann ich auch bei meinen Shop wieder daten ändern und eintragen, allerdings fehlen dann einige von den Einstellungsmöglichkeiten, das ist also auch kein Lösung der Problematik.

In der 4.5 sind einige Einstellungen nicht mehr unter den allgemeinen Einstellungen zu finden, sondern direkt bei der Theme-Auswahl.

Dateizugriffsrechte rot könnte auch bedeuten, dass die config.inc.php noch auf beschreibbar steht.

Nachdem jetzt 4.5.1 erschienen ist, habe ich direkt ein Update auf Version 4.5.1 gemacht.

Lösung: Die Datenbank darf nicht im Format utf8 erstellt sein. Keine Ahnung warum. Aber wenn ich die Datenbank mit " CHARACTER SET latin1 COLLATE latin1_swedish_ci " erstelle läuft alles wie gewünscht. Die Tabellen können dann auch UTF8 sein.

Jetzt habe ich ein neues Problem:

Der Warenkorb wird nicht mehr gespeichert. Ich kann zwar einen Artikel in den Warenkorb packen aber sobald ich dann eine andere Seite / artikel aufrufe ist der Warenkorb wieder leer. Bestellung geht daher auch nicht.
