You should ask alipay about documentation and api.
Currently there is no known OXID module

Maybe you could use some code-snippets for an OXID-Module.
In former days Alipay works also with Paypal-Login. User who have had an Paypal account could pay via Alipay with their Paypal Email. But don’t know if it still works.
