All prices NOT displaying as "including VAT"

None of my product prices are including MwST (tax)

I have 2 categories with different tax prices, could this be why?

Any advice on this please? - still can’t see where there must be an option to include/exclude tax.

[B]Here is my setup:[/B]
[B]CORE SETTINGS:[/B] ([I]which I have also tried changing these options[/I])
[B]Y[/B] - Display VAT contained in Shipping Costs in Shopping Cart and Invoice
[B]N[/B] - Enter Shipping Costs as net Price (plus VAT)
[B]N[/B]- Display VAT contained in Payment Method Charges in Shopping Cart and Invoice
[B]19%[/B] Default VAT for all Products
N - Use shipping country for VAT calculation instead of billing country

[B]I have 2 categories:[/B]
A food category, I have set the Spec. VAT = 13%
It makes no difference if I set a Spec VAT for products, but with no difference.

I have also tried to set this up Admin logged in as German in case this was a bug.

Hi,

what does Master Settings -> Countries say? You can enter there if VAT shall be used for a country or not.

but I only have Germany activated (for now at least).

Under Countried > Germany.
I don’t get the VAT handling question.
Other countries (de activated) I see:
[B]VAT handling[/B] : Do not bill VAT | Do not bill VAT only if provided valid VAT ID

thanks. The purchaser shall be German as well I guess and no VAT appears? Where is the shop based (main options?)
