Azure Blue ---> Another Colour

Hi to all the experts,

Is there a way in one move to change the translucent blue ‘theme’ colour of Azure to another?

I am referring to the boxes/tabs that contain:

[ol]
[li]Week’s Special
[/li][li]Our Brands
[/li][li]Just Arrived
[/li][li]TO CART
[/li][li]TAGS
[/li][li]NEWS
[/li][/ol]
and so on…

If so could you give me directions as to where the changes should be made and what code to use please?
