I’d like to test a chat support and maybe a way to have a call button, so that the client can make a call to my telephone.

I don’t think, that this is possible on an easy way.

The chat support I know a few scripts who can do that. But I thought that the store could have a module.
The phone support I know that is possible, for an example, www.pai.pt they have a push call button that make the conection to the cell.

This is quite easy. In jkrug’s example, a JavaScript opens up a popup-window that links to the livezilla script. One can simply add it to, e.g., /inc/infobox.tpl.

Thats what we did. We added it to the _right.tpl.
