Hello,
I’m new in Oxid. I installed Ogone files and could access to it in my backoffice. I filled the fields PSPID, SHA (IN and OUT), and the payment choices, and I submited… and I my session was closed. I had to login again! 
I tried again on several installations on differents websites and servers, and the same problem occurred.
Could you tell me what I did wrong ?

which shop version?
which template-theme?
maybe the ogone-extnsion does not work with 4.5 as we had a real bunch of changes in this new release - perhaps you should contact them and ask about that
I am using the last version of OXID (4.5.0). Both Basic and Azur templates fail when trying to setup Ogone plugin.
I will send an email to Ogone and give you a feedback of their answer.

I received the answer of Ogone:
The Ogone plugin for Oxid works with Oxid from version 4 to version 4.4.4, Version 4.5 is excluded.
I’m a bit desapointed as I should install Oxid 4.4.4 for my customers projects. If you get more news from Ogone about a new version available for Oxid 4.5, please let me know.

Thank you for your post.
Ogone is currently working on an update to the OXID-Ogone plugin.
It will work with OXID CE, PE, EE in their latest versions.
No release date has been confirmed yet but Ogone is aiming for a release in autumn 2011.

I keep an eye on the next Ogone’s release. Oxid is has become a very important choice for my future projects, after having worked on other ecommerce solutions.
