Category_tree.tpl auftrennen über Bedingung

Die linke Navigation möchte ich trennen in einen oberen Bereich (Marken-Kategorien) und einen unteren Bereich (generische Kategorien).
Habe also im Prinzip die category_tree.tpl dupliziert und bei den foreach Durchläufen eine Bedingung gesetzt (Marken-Kategorien haben ein OXSORT > 70000, generische > 70000).

Es funktioniert fast: im oberen Bereicherscheinen tatsächlich nur die Kategorien mit einem OXSORT > 70000. ABER: im Unteren bereich auch nur - obwohl hier eine genau gegenteilige Bedingung gesetzt ist. Selbst wenn ich im unteren Bereich die Bedingung komplett rauslasse, erscheinen nur die Kategoriendie auch schon oben erscheinen, also OXSORT > 70000.

Jemand da eine Idee wie man das lösen kann? Hier meine category_tree.tpl:

Könnte daran liegen dass defun name=“category_tree” und fun name=“category_tree” unten die selben Bezeichnungen haben wie oben.
