Display Promotion Box on Start Page?

Hey guys,

I can’t seem to figure out how to display a Promotion on the start page. The banner is working fine and also actions, but the promotion which I want to put an external image in is not displayed. Can anyone point me toward the right direction how to render it onto the start page?

Hi,

promotions don’t work out of the box in Azure theme, they were built for and used to work with the theme “Basic”. You can try to find the appropriate code here:
