Dear all. When I add many categories on my web site and I am trying to test the menu that i created. The problem has occured. The error are. Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Please tell me how do i fix this problem.

we need to get some more information:

  • what do you mean by “many”?
  • does it work with not so many categories? etc…

Dear Mr. Marco, I mean, When i add some categories more than 6 categories and menu bar on my web site that appeared menu more on my website. when i clicked menu more on my web site. the error has occured.

got the idea.
You are using the horizontal navigation and when clicking on the button “more…” instead of listing all categories in the shop an error message 500 appears.

First of all: It doesn’t has to do with the number of categories but probably with a damaged function for listing all categories. This might have happen by several ways. Please check the consistency of your files with this tool:
