Facebook-Like "Abmahnung"/Legal-Notice - How to Secure AGB's

Dear Friends,

It has recently come to light that the Facebook-Like button has attracted unscruplous lawyers again to issue Legal-Notices from German online-shops and seeking legal-fees for the same.

Does anyone know of a source of Terms & Conditions (AGB), or applicable paragraphs of legal-text which protects online-shops from this legal-onslaught?
