I would like redirect Oxid eshop to a new Url (new website with another url) so when you visit www.11111.com you will be directed to www.22222.com Please guide me through it!

That has nothing to do with OXID. Just search for “Setting Up a Permanent 301 Redirect” using your favourite search engine and you will find plenty of solutions.
