Is it possible to install oxid shop two times on teh same webspace ?

Hi guys,

i want to install the oxid shop two times on my webspace. The first installation was without any problems but the second makes some problems.
I created a new folder and put all the oxid shop stuff in it. But when i try to open the folder it says Premature end of script headers: index.php. But why ?

Is it actually possible to install it twice on the same webspace ?

Would be great if someone can help me.

Hi Xyres,

sure it is possible as long as you use another folder, I did that many times.
You probably have a different issue. Please try to transfer the files to your webspace again and have an eye on the error messages of your FTP program. Maybe your space is limited or you got some CRC errors while transferring…

ok, thanks for your answer. i uploaded it several times and there where no error messages. i think i have enough free space on my webspace round about 1,4GB. I really do not know how to solve this problem.
I will keep on trying, i think i will create a new folder maybe it’s broken i do not know.

you also could check with oxchkversion if the files are ok.

I solved the proble :slight_smile: !!! The problem was that the chmod was completly wrong ?
Actually I don’t know why but i change it to 775 and everything works fine.
A few weeks ago the guys where i have my webspace did an update. I think they messed something up, so that the chmod standard config is wrong, because if i use the webftp-tool and create a file it also dosn’t work until i change chmod.
