Nach Shop Umzug: weiße Seite im Front und Backend

Hallo erstmal

Ich bin neu hier im Forum und arbeite erst seit kurzen mit Oxid. Ich sollte einen Oxid Shop umziehen lassen zu einem neuen Hoster. Die alte Oxid Version lief noch auf 4.5 CE. Für den Umzug habe ich diese Anleitung genutzt. Dort stand drin, dass man auf dem neuen Host zuerst die Oxid Version installiert. Leider habe ich die alte Version nicht gefunden und einfach die neueste installiert, Datenbank erstellt und verknüpft. Danach ging auch alles bis ich den alten Shop mit filezilla hochgeladen habe und mit phpmyadmin die DB importiert habe. Seitdem zeigt das Frontend mir eine weiße Seite und das Backend ebenso. Ich kann mich gar nicht als Admin einloggen.

Das log ist zu groß um es komplett reinzuschreiben.

Ähmmm…
ich weiß zwar nicht, ob ich Dir helfen kann.
Aber es wäre für die Spezialisten sicher hilfreich, wenn Du mal schaust, ob Dein Exception-Log auch aktuelle Einträge enthält. Und vielleicht postest Du DIE dann mal?
Was ich da sehe ist aus dem September…

So lange sich noch niemand von den Spezialisten zu Wort gemeldet hat…
Hast Du .htaccess aktualisiert / geprüft?
Hast Du config.inc.php aktualisiert/geprüft?

Wenn das ok ist:
Schau mal, ob Dich die folgende Zeile weiter bringt:
Gehört in die config.inc.php

// Nur bei shop Offline wegen Views
$this->blSkipViewUsage = true;

Wenn Shop läuft, einfach wieder auskommentieren.

Danke schon mal für die Antworten.

Die .htaccess und die config.php.inc habe ich nicht überschrieben oder was dran geändert weil in der Anleitung stand man sollte das nicht machen.

Die Zeile einzufügen habe ich schon versucht als ich zuvor schon hier im Forum gestöbert hatte

Alle Dateien der alten Shopinstallation auf die neue Installation übertragen, dabei existierende Dateien überschreiben – ausser den Inhalt des /tmp – Verzeichnisses, der config.inc.php und der .htaccess.

Ich hab die beiden logs angehängt.

Eine Datenbank aus 4.5 in 4.10.1 importieren, kann nicht funktionieren.
Du musst zuerst das Update durchführen: Von 4.5 auf 4.6.8, dann auf 4.7 und dann weiter bis zur aktuellen Version. Das erfordert einiges an Aufwand

Ist es noch möglich irgendwo die alte 4.5 CE zu downloaden? Oder muss ich jetzt bis zur neusten Version updaten?

für den reinen Umzug des Shops von einem Host auf einen anderen einfach das komplette Verzeichnis mit Filezilla downloaden und auf dem neuen Host uploaden. Den Datenbankumzug am besten mit mysqldumper. Dann noch die config.inc.php anpassen, viws aktualisieren, tmp leeren - thats it.

und auf die PHP Version achten, am besten erstmal alle Module deaktivieren :slight_smile:

Und wenn verschlüsselte Module darunter sind, sollte die Übertragung “binär” sein. :slight_smile:
