"No shipping method" when switching language

Hi,

I am using Oxid Community Edition 4.9.4, main language is set to german. Here everything works fine.

I have the following problem:
After switching to english language (at any time before and while ordering) step 3 of the ordering process gives me the “Currently we have no shipping method set up for this country.” information and “Currently we have no shipping method set up for this country.” if I continue to the next step.
If I switch back to german language everything (including payment and shipping methods) is displayed correctly and it is possible to order without any problems.

What can I do to get a correct order in english as well…?

have you translated your shipping methods?

yap. payment methods, shipping methods even payment rules are translated.

Thanks again for your response. I thought waiting one week (withou any results) before starting another thread in a differnet language would be okay. I will not starting another one. Promised. :slight_smile:

I tried Deliveryset-Check. With Deliveryset-Check activated the shop is showing a white screen with nothing on it. :confused:

But I did not change anything in cart or address. Just switched the language. The same payment method, shipping method and payment rule works in german but not in english translation.

hmmm… you should check your shipping cost rules.

If you can’t find any error, post your rules. Or compare it with the demo-settings http://demoshop.oxid-esales.com/professional-edition/

keine ahnung, frank. ist mir aber schon aufgefallen, daß man aktuelle versionen an mehreren stellen suchen muß. homepage, github (div. stellen) oxmod (derzeit bisserl “out” :o),…

Yeah, got it!

I did not translate everything: I forgot to translate the category (maybe because it is the same word in german and english). Now it works in english as well.
