Hello there.
When i’m testing buying, payment at my shop in step 3 i receive “No shipping methods found. Please contact us by phone or email.” message and the whole process stop here. It’s strange, because i’ve made at least 4 shipping methods in admin area. What could be wrong here? Making new ship. meth., editing them doesn’t change anything.

you have to have both, Shipping Cost Rules and Shipping Methods. Could you check if you have entries there?

I had these methods. But problem was somehow related to country settings. I’ve renamed “Germany” to my country name, activated it and now it works fine.

i have same problem for downloadable product … normaly no shipping is reqired for product like soft that can download
Have you ever purchased a module in OXID exchange?

@vanilla thunder wanted to say that basically, it should work (I reckon at least) for all downloadable products, with each module in eXchange as an example.
