Paypal for CE version

Hello,

Newbie here to Oxid. I’m located in USA and considering switching a shop from Oscommerce to Oxid. I would need Paypal payment module. I’m running CE latest version 4.6.1_45706. I’m told I can’t use Oxid Efire since this is for German customers only. It appears the current Paypal module in Exchange requires Oxid Efire so i can’t use it.

Are there any other options for getting a Paypal payment module. I’m also looking for an Authorize.net module. These are two must haves for me to use this shop. I really like what I see so far. Thanks guys!

there are a few other PayPal-Modules available, without eFire:

Please ask in advance, if they had been ported to 4.6.x already.

Sorry, no idea about an already existing Authorize.net Module.

please turn to @spurvis. He is based in Canada and wrote a North America module for localization that might be helpful when it comes to taxation etc:

AFAIK, he was also working on a Paypal module.

Hi Ray and Marco,

Appreciate the quick replies! I will look into those solutions. I’m looking forward to digging in to Oxid more. So nice to have a templating system. Also an active open source project where new code releases are frequent.
