May someone tell me:
If I do update of my shop from 4.2.0 version to 4.3.0 version, is that necessarily to update PayPal Module, too? I am not sure if actual version of PayPal Module is the same as in february or that is a completely new one made for shop version 4.3.0.
Simply to tell, if my shop is updated with new version 4.3.0 and PayPal Module not, will this PayPal Module still work properly?

IMO, the OXID eFire paypal module was updated with version 4.3.0 as well and shall be replaced. This module shall be backwards compatible. You may find it inside the OXID eFire platform.
It depends now if you use the OXID eFire paypal module or a different one

It means I have to upgrade PayPal Module too! It is not easy at all. They do not have clear instructions. I do not know where is coming what… And I do not wont to pay (for upgrading) every time when some upgrade coms. Is there any way around?
It is much easier to upgrade all Oxid shop then one module.
