Problem with Trusted Shops module

Hi,

I have a new fresh installation of OXID. I’ve installed the trusted shops module “Kundenfeedback” http://www.oxid-esales.com/de/exchange/extensions/trusted-shops-kundenfeedback?term=2222
Once installed as in “install_de.txt”, I go to “Top concepts Module” -> “Trusted Shops” -> “Kundenbewertungen” and I see a presentation about Trusted Shops in the information tab.

When I try to go to the second tad, “Interface”, I automatically go out of system, total logout.
I’ve deleted /tmp, cookies, temporary files, tried different browsers… no way.

This is the third fresh install of the whole OXID system. Nothing to do with this Trusted Shops module. I have nothing else installer or configured.

Any ideas? :confused:

Hi,

the module is from October 2009. Have you requested Top Concepts if it still works with the present version of OXID eShop?

Nope, I’ve just assumed that all works correctly if this module is still in Oxid Exchange.

Is there any other widget or way to integrate only the “Trusted Shops Kundenbewertung
” function?

Hi,

maybe the best way would be to request a working module at TC if available. They might want to upload a present version to OXID exchange as well.

Hi,

this is now a core functionality of OXID, there is no more need for the extension. If you have a trusted shops id you can activate this functionality without the module from within the admin menu. Do you have activated to load additional data from the oxid servers?
