I’m going to run the eshop in Korea…and am hitting a wall on setting up shipping & delivery config. and on Check Out get the message:

"Payment Information
Currently we have no delivery method set up for this country.

We are aiming to find a possible delivery method…about delivery costs.

If you agree to this procedure, please select “move on to next step”

Steps taken (just to test):
(Japan is the only Country Active)

  1. set Payment Method “Cash Upon Delivery”, Assigned Country (Japan), Saved
  2. set Shipping Cost Rules “Free Shipping to Japan”, set to Active and Assigned Japan, Saved
  3. set Shipping Method “Cash Upon Delivery”, set to Active Assigned Shipping Cost Rules (Cash Upon Delivery) and Assigned Countries (Japan), Saved

Cleared the Cache, and only use 1 language.
I’m clearly missing something simple…Could someone help?

I understand from the manual the logic is:

  1. set Countries to which shipping is possible
  2. Create Shipping Methods the shopper can choose from e.g. (Cash Upon Delivery, Standard Post, DHL, etc…)
  3. Assign Countries to each Shipping Method to which the shopper can use to ship to that country. e.g. “only DHL shipping to Japan” or “DHL or Standard Mail to London”, etc…
  4. Create Shipping Cost Rule, and Assign Countries. In this case, JPY1,000 to Japan.

You should try:

  1. Assign usergroups (all but blocked/blacklist) to payment method only (in Shipping methods and rules do not assign users or groups)

  2. Take care that payment method and shipping cost rule are both assigned to the shipping method and that all of them are set active.

  3. Take care the rules (Purchase Price from to) are valid in payment methods and shipping cost rules.

If I may ask another question…

In Step 3, the “Selected Shipping Carrier is:” is a drop-down menu but it only shows 1 option…but all 3 Shipping Methods should be visible. I checked Assigned Countries and Shipping Cost Rules for each Shipping Method and all seem fine.

Would anyone have any advice? :confused:

A friendly bump…

In Step 3, the “Selected Shipping Carrier is:” is a drop-down but it only shows 1 option…but all 3 Shipping Methods should be visible. I checked , Prices (0~999999), Assigned Countries, Shipping Cost Rules for each Shipping Method and all seem fine.

Would anyone have any advice?

It’s the same procedure for each shipping method. I wrote a small module to simplify troubleshooting the shipping methods, i translated it for you.

Hi i have a problem, i intall oxid to my domain, after time i have a error, in admin > Products
not see the forms to add and modify the products, just front page.

Please start a new thread for new problems. If you have modules installed, there may be an error in a module.

can be delete the module? can be more explict?

As far as I understood if user group is not assigned to any entity - it will auto assigned to all users

correct - if nothing assigned, it will be valid for all
