Shipping Method Problem (disappears on reload of page)

I know this error is usually to do with shipping cost rules etc.

I am getting error:

“No shipping methods found. Please contact us by phone or e-mail.”

But when I reload the page the error disappears and the payment method options appear and the rest of the checkout works :confused:

Anyone come across this problem before?

Shop version CE 4.5.3_39087

Nope. Haven’t heard about this behaviour. Did you double-check your shipping configurations? Since when it happens? What have you done before?

Have double checked shipping configs and will do again.
Am testing the new Ogone Payment module - worked fine on a test install of Oxid on another domain (same server). Pretty sure I’m using same shipping configs in both instances.
Not sure if anything else changed - :o

Really wondering why reloading page clears the error…thought that would be the key…
Surely that proves the shipping configs are set correctly?

Hi Sean. Had some issues like that as well. Mostly they were simply related to the country, customer, category, payment settings. You might want to check there. With the “reload” problem I have noticed, that this one occurs with some functions of the newer versions.

Did you delete the “empty” payment method?

Have reset all my shipping methods and the problem seems to have cleared :o
Not sure what was set incorrectly before. Obviously my fault…
