the first box on the startpage like here
is the weekoffer box. at the left on the above url is a box “wakeboards”.
this is missed on my page. How can i configure it/activate it?

You mean - at the right side of the week-offer? This is the “Top-Offer Categories”
You need to assign an extra banner within the main tab of your category-settings for this (Icon for promotions).
