[Bug] Wrong VAT description for logged in Users without UStId (CE, PE, EE 6.1.0)

Hi guys,

just want to inform you, that the Oxid CE, PE and EE in the version 6.1.0 has a critical bug (Version 6.0.x is not affected).
The inclusive and exclusive VAT description is displayed wrong if the user is already logged in and has no UStId set, due to a bug in the FrontendController by the function ‘isVatIncluded’ (type mismatch). Checkout process is not affected by this bug.
