Hi,

I need to upload a data of 6,00,000 products into our oxid database.

Is it possible to create 6,00,000 products on our database and if possible Could any one please explain me how does it affects the speed of my online shop.

  1. yes, it is possible.
  2. depends on how you import data. You should not use shop functions to process the data, since it will be slower than bulk import into database. But even bulk import into database will keep your dataabse busy and make your shop very slow. So you should import this amount of articles in smaller pieces or at night.
